The University of Montenegro was
founded on 29 April 1974. Developing
in the spirit of time and needs of
Montenegro, during its existence the
University has expended from year to
year. Thus, today the University has 17
faculties and three independent study
programmes located in towns throughout Montenegro:
Podgorica, Niksic, Kotor, Cetinje, Herceg Novi, Budva, Berane, Bar, BijeloPolje
